Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers about prompts, drafts, deadlines, revisions, confidentiality and multiple applications.
Use these answers to decide what to send with your first enquiry. The scope and timing for your document are agreed separately.
What should I share before we start?
Send the exact prompt, word limit, deadline and the kind of help you want. A CV or short timeline and a draft, if you have one, make it easier to assess the scope. Keep sensitive records out of the initial form.
Can I get editing instead of drafting help?
Yes. Share your draft and tell us whether you want structural comments, a line edit or a word-count pass. If you are still collecting ideas, ask for help with an outline.
How soon can I get a draft?
Share your submission deadline and time zone. Timing depends on the length, available material and review scope. Agree on a schedule before work starts.
How do revisions work?
Share your comments on the returned document, including factual corrections. The quote should explain the revision scope and timing. A new prompt may need a separate quote.
How do you handle confidential material?
Start with a summary and redact sensitive records. Ask about a suitable sharing method before sending supporting files. The Privacy Policy explains the site’s enquiry handling.
Can you help with several applications?
Send the list of prompts and deadlines. We can identify evidence to reuse and decide which documents need their own structure, examples or programme-fit paragraph.
