How It Works
See what to share, how an application writing quote is scoped and how draft review and revisions work.
Start with the application requirements and what you already have. The amount of writing support depends on the prompt, your material and the assistance your application allows.
1. Share the prompt and background
Send the exact wording, link, word limit, deadline and time zone. Include a brief timeline or CV and say whether you want an outline, drafting support or editing.
2. Confirm scope, quote and timing
Agree on the document or set of prompts, the format of the deliverable and the time you need to review it. Confirm pricing, payment and revision terms in writing.
3. Review the first pass
Check dates, role descriptions, names and claims. Answer questions in the draft and point out any sentence that changes your meaning.
4. Send your revision notes
Gather comments in the agreed format. If a university changes its prompt or you add a second application, share the new requirements so the scope can be reviewed.
